This fabulous 65 year old lady previously underwent a tummy tuck many years ago. With time the rolls on her back that she could see from the front and sides continued to worsen so she came to see me for another tummy tuck. During our consultation I showed her what another tummy tuck would do (not a ton because she did such an amazing job of staying in great shape over the last twenty years!) vs what a bra line back lift would do for her. She elected to move forward with the bra line back lift. She brought her bra with her the morning of surgery so I could design her incision to be hidden by her bra.

She went back to work after three days and only took tylenol and aleve after surgery! She says it was "way easier" than the tummy tuck recovery...and I believe that would be the case for most people!
