Dr. Kate Impastato, M.D., is ABPS board-certified in Plastic Surgery and trained at the University of Washington in Seattle. As President of the Washington Society of Plastic Surgeons, she combines world-class surgical expertise with a grounded, compassionate approach to care.

Off duty, she’s a former LSU track athlete who still runs daily, coaches youth sports, and supports WHY Racing—bringing discipline, leadership, and heart to everything she does.

She founded Evergreen Plastic Surgery out of a deep understanding of what it feels like to see changes in your body that diet, exercise, or time won’t fix — whether from pregnancy, major weight change, or aging. Many people tell her the hardest part isn’t just how they look—it’s the amount of time they spend hiding things they don't like and how they’ve stopped feeling like themselves. They avoid social events they love, dressing takes an eternity, and confidence fades.

At Evergreen, she listens first. Then together, she builds a plan tailored to you—whether that's a tummy tuck, mommy makeover, breast surgery, facial surgery, or fillers.
